Howzzat supplies UPVC cutting, welding, seamless welding, milling and corner-cleaning machines, together with selected UPVC tools and hardware. The correct combination depends on the profile type, profile dimensions, production requirement, workshop utilities and budget.
Share your profile type, maximum frame size, expected production requirement, available workshop space, electrical supply, compressor availability, location and budget. Howzzat can then recommend suitable machine categories and models. Final selection remains subject to the selected profiles and written quotation.

Yes. Howzzat follows a fixed-price policy, with the same machine prices across India and no bargaining or discount negotiation. Written quotations are valid for 15 days. Prices may change after the validity period or when a new quotation is issued.
GST and freight are extra as applicable. Compressor, suitable stabilizer and hand tools are also extra unless the written quotation specifically includes them. Always check the final written quotation for the exact included and excluded items.
Fast-moving models are generally available at Howzzat’s listed stock locations, but an individual model may occasionally be unavailable. Stock is subject to the selected model and current availability. Confirm the exact model and location before travelling.
For a confirmed ready-stock machine, no advance is required before inspection. The customer may inspect the machine, and full payment is required before loading. The exact stock and payment status must be confirmed with Howzzat before travel.
Custom or non-stock orders normally require an 80% advance, with the balance payable before loading or dispatch. Order-specific payment, cancellation and refund conditions must be confirmed in the written quotation. Do not rely on a general verbal promise.
Yes, inspection can be arranged for an available machine by prior appointment. Every machine is tested and rechecked before loading. If the customer is not present, Howzzat can share photos and videos from all sides as a pre-dispatch condition record.
Transport is normally arranged and paid for by the customer, although Howzzat can assist on request. Dispatch and delivery timing depend on stock status, order type, destination and transporter availability. Confirm the current timing in the written quotation; do not assume a fixed four-week delivery promise.
Howzzat installation includes machine setup, trial run, testing, checking a sample window frame or sash workflow, confirming that the supplied machines operate correctly, and carrying out necessary minor adjustments during installation.
For one order with a total machine value of ₹5,00,000 or more before GST, installation is free. For an order below ₹5,00,000 before GST, installation is chargeable. Engineer travel and any quotation-specific conditions must be checked separately in the written quotation.
The required compressed-air line and electrical connection, including three-phase power where applicable, must be ready. Send clear photo or video proof before the visit is confirmed. A qualified electrician, at least one operator and the required profile materials must be available for the trial run. Any separate operator-training scope, duration, format or language remains subject to the written quotation.
The standard warranty is 12 months from the invoice date, subject to the applicable warranty terms and technical assessment. Physical damage is excluded. Damage linked to an unsuitable or ordinary stabilizer is not covered. A suitable servo stabilizer is recommended, but it cannot guarantee protection against every severe power fluctuation.
During the 12-month warranty period, the customer pays the service engineer’s travel charges. For an approved warranty claim, Howzzat bears the labour cost and the cost and freight of approved replacement or spare parts, subject to inspection and the applicable warranty terms.
Howzzat maintains spare-parts support for its machines, subject to current availability and correct model or part identification. Support for older models, including some casting or special replacement parts, may be possible even after several years, subject to technical feasibility and availability. Post-warranty technical support and service are chargeable.

Howzzat builds and assembles machines using separately sourced components and selected in-house fabrication and assembly work. The factory is in Pollachi, Tamil Nadu. Some components are separately sourced; not every component is made in-house or locally sourced.
Stock may be available at the Pollachi factory and listed locations in Chennai, Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam and Jaipur, subject to the selected model and current availability.
