This is the Howzzat semi-automatic double-head UPVC profile cutting machine fitted with a digital display. As the right cutting head moves, the display shows the exact length in millimetres, so the operator sets each size by number instead of reading a needle scale.
It cuts window and door profiles, including 3-track profiles, within 115 mm cutting width, at 45° and 90°.

Why Choose a Digital Display Cutting Machine?
On a standard cutting machine, the operator sets the length by reading a needle against a scale. The correct reading is only seen when looking straight at the needle. Seen from the right side it reads slightly less, and from the left side slightly more. This is called parallax error, and it happens even with careful workers.
With the digital display, the exact length in mm appears on the screen as you move the right head. Lock the head at that reading and cut, and you get the correct size every time.
Hand cutting is not a substitute: it cannot hold an exact 45°, and it cannot repeat the same cut every time.
Cut too long or cut too short?
A piece cut slightly long, for example 1203 mm instead of 1200 mm, can still be fitted by lightly trimming the side rib or surface. A piece cut short leaves gaps that must be filled with silicone in many places, which increases silicone cost and spoils the finish.
Cutting accuracy decides welding quality
During welding only about 2.5–3 mm of the profile melts and fuses. A cutting error of 1–2 mm affects the whole weld, and the joint will not come out clean.

Three-phase power is required: 380V/50Hz 3 Phase. Use a suitable servo stabilizer selected for the exact machine and electrical setup.
Compressor selection depends on the complete machine combination, air consumption, pressure, duty cycle and receiver capacity. Allow room for profiles, operator access and material movement.
Before installation
Complete the air line and electrical connection, including three-phase power. Send clear photo/video proof before engineer travel. Keep a qualified electrician, at least one operator and trial profile materials ready; send photo/video confirmation of the materials too.
Price, Installation and Support
Machine prices are fixed and the same across India; bargaining and discount negotiation are not offered. GST and freight are extra. Compressor, servo stabilizer and hand tools are extra. Quotations are valid for 15 days; prices may change without prior notice after that period.
Installation is free for one order with total machine value of ₹5,00,000 or more before GST; below this threshold it is chargeable. Setup, trial run, testing, sample frame or sash workflow checks and necessary minor adjustments are included in installation work. Confirm training and any other visit terms in the quotation.
Warranty is 12 months from invoice date. Approved warranty labour and replacement parts, including their freight, are borne by Howzzat; customer-paid engineer travel is separate. Coverage is subject to inspection and applicable terms. Post-warranty service is chargeable.
Confirm stock before travelling. Every machine is tested and checked before dispatch. If you are absent, pre-dispatch photographs and videos are shared. Customer-arranged transport and applicable transit-risk terms should be recorded in the quotation/invoice before loading.
