UPVC Machine Installation, Warranty & Service Support

Howzzat supports customers with machine installation, trial runs, warranty assessment, spare-parts identification and chargeable post-warranty technical service. The exact installation, training and service scope remains subject to the selected machines and written quotation.

What Howzzat Machine Installation Includes

Installation includes machine setup, trial runs, machine testing, checking a sample window-frame or sash workflow, confirming that the supplied machines operate correctly, and carrying out necessary minor adjustments during installation.

For one order with a total machine value of ₹5,00,000 or more before GST, installation is free. For an order below ₹5,00,000 before GST, installation is chargeable. Engineer travel and quotation-specific conditions must be checked separately.

What Must Be Ready Before the Engineer Travels

• Required compressed-air line installed and ready.
• Required electrical line and connection completed, including three-phase power where applicable.
• Clear photo or video proof of the completed air-line and electrical arrangements.
• A qualified electrician and at least one operator available at the site.
• Required profile stock and materials ready for the trial run, with photo or video confirmation.

Training scope, duration, format and language remain subject to the written quotation unless separately confirmed.

12-Month Warranty Support

The standard warranty is 12 months from the invoice date, subject to inspection and the applicable warranty terms. Physical damage is excluded. Electrical damage linked to an unsuitable or ordinary stabilizer is not covered. A suitable servo stabilizer is recommended, but no stabilizer can guarantee protection against every severe power fluctuation.

During the warranty period, the customer pays the service engineer’s travel charges. For an approved warranty claim, Howzzat bears the labour cost and the cost and freight of approved replacement or spare parts, subject to inspection and the applicable warranty terms.

Spare Parts and Post-Warranty Service

Howzzat maintains spare-parts support for its machines, subject to correct model or part identification and current availability. Support for older models, including some casting or special replacement parts, may be possible even after several years, subject to technical feasibility and availability.

Post-warranty technical support and service are chargeable.

How to Request Technical Service or Spare Parts

Contact Howzzat by WhatsApp or phone and send the machine model, a clear photograph of the Howzzat brand or nameplate, and clear photos or videos of the issue. These details help identify the machine and determine the appropriate troubleshooting, service or spare-parts step.
